Christopher Connolly
Christopher Connolly is an associate with the firm and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group concentrating on residential and commercial conveyancing transactions. Chris has over 20 years’ experience in his primary practice areas which include: representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate transactions; representation of sellers of real estate; representation of commercial and residential landlords and tenants; zoning and land use; title examinations and issuance of title insurance policies; business entity formation; and creation of condominiums.
Chris worked as a solo practitioner in Canton, Massachusetts for 20 years. Chris resides in Canton and he served as member of the Canton Select Board for 6 years and as a member of the Canton Planning Board for 10 years; he is also a past president and member of the board of directors of Canton Youth Basketball Association, as well as a past coach of boys and girls youth basketball teams.
