Dana Blakeley

Dana Blakeley is an Associate with the firm with a primary focus as part of the firm’s Condominium/Community Association Practice Group.

Dana received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Providence College in 2017. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2020.

While in law school, Dana worked at the University of Wyoming’s Defender Aid Clinic. Here, he represented clients in all stages of the criminal process, including successfully arguing a post-conviction relief appeal in front of the Wyoming Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Mirrione, Shaughnessy, & Uitti, Dana was an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County, practicing in the Plymouth, Brockton, and Wareham District Courts. While an Assistant District Attorney, Dana handled all district court session where he managed the arraignments, pretrial matters, bail arguments, bail reviews in Superior Court, dangerousness hearings, motions to dismiss, motions to suppress, bench and jury trials, and negotiating directly with defense counsel on plea deals and case resolutions.
