Joe Rojas

Joe focuses his practice on all facets of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. With experience both in private practice and as in-house counsel, he is recognized for his practical insights, collaborative style, and ability to navigate complex transactions with ease.

Before joining MSU, Joe was part of a boutique commercial real estate firm in Boston, where he specialized in the acquisition and financing of properties across a wide range of industries.

An avid sailor with a passion for preserving oceans, Joe and his wife teach sailing and race in winter sailing leagues. He is also an active volunteer for the New England Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. Joe is the proud father of two daughters.
