Michael Spillane
Michael Spillane is a Partner with the firm and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group concentrating in commercial leasing and transactions and corporate planning. Mike has over twenty-five years experience in his primary practice areas which include: representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail, office, industrial and warehouse space; representing lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial real estate transactions; representing franchisees; zoning and land use; issuance of zoning opinions; title examinations and issuance of title insurance policies; corporate structuring and planning; business entity formation; and complex document preparation.
Mike started his legal career with a Milford, Massachusetts law firm handling commercial loan closings; workouts and foreclosures; land development projects; and title examinations. For the past 17 years, Mike worked for a Needham, Massachusetts law firm specializing in commercial leasing, real estate transactions, franchise acquisitions and corporate planning.
Mike resides in Easton, Massachusetts with his family. He served as a member and chairman of the Easton Zoning Board of Appeals for 8 years; is a past president and member of the board of directors of the Easton Youth Baseball League and served on the board of directors of Easton Recreation Basketball.
