Ryan Severance

Ryan is part of the firm’s Condominium/Community Association Practice Group. From the start of his legal career, Ryan has concentrated his practice on representing condominiums and community associations and continues that practice at MSU, with an emphasis on the interpretation, drafting, and amending of governing documents and rules, including document and rules enforcement, best practices for associations and their boards, and board conflict resolution. Ryan represents condominiums and community associations throughout Massachusetts. He also represents developers, property managers, and real estate clients with their real estate issues.

Ryan is active in the New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), where he has been frequently published in Condo Media Magazine and has presented numerous webinars and other educational programming for the Chapter. Ryan is currently a member of the CAI New England Seminar & Conference Committee. Ryan is also a member of the CAI New England Insurance Task Force, which is actively reviewing and providing education on current insurance issues facing community associations and the changing insurance marketplace. Ryan has also participated in and presented at the New England Condominium Expo.
