Tanya Trevisan
Tanya has over twenty-five years of experience representing clients in both the public and private sectors in an array of real estate matters, including contract and lease negotiations, administrative permitting processes relating to residential and commercial developments, condominium and community association disputes, appeals to zoning boards of appeal and to the Massachusetts State Building Code Appeals Board (SBCAB), and complex civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.
Immediately prior to joining MSU, Tanya was of counsel for a multi-dimensional legal practice in Boston, specializing in land use and environmental law, administrative law, zoning, permitting, civil litigation, and civil injunctions. Tanya also has extensive experience in municipal law and processes, having worked as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston.
Tanya resides with her family in Duxbury, Massachusetts, where she currently serves as an Associate Member of the Duxbury Zoning Board of Appeals and the Chairperson for the Water and Sewer Advisory Board.
