Alise Greco
Alise Greco is an Associate with the firm with a primary focus as part of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Alise received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Rhode Island in 2020. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2024.
While in law school, Alise was a Senator for the Student Bar Association and President of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, and currently serves as a Master Liaison on the fraternity’s international senate. Throughout law school, Alise worked at various personal injury law firms, gaining experience in civil litigation.
Prior to joining Mirrione, Shaughnessy, & Uitti, Alise was an Assistant District Attorney in Fall River, where she gained practical courtroom experience and a foundation of criminal litigation. While an Assistant District Attorney, she managed the arraignment and pretrial sessions, successfully argued bail, dangerousness hearings and motions to dismiss, and negotiated directly with defense counsel on plea deals and case resolutions.
