Frederick C. Casavant, IV
Frederick (“Rick”) C. Casavant, IV is a Partner with the firm with a primary focus as part of the firm’s Condominium/Community Association Practice Group, and a secondary focus as part of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. An experienced attorney with over 10 years of practice in real estate and condominium law, Rick regularly represents associations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Prior to joining MSU, Rick was an associate in a Massachusetts law firm that specialized in condominium/community association law. Prior to that, Rick served as a litigation attorney at a foreclosure law firm located in Newton, MA, where he was responsible for cases in the areas of borrower-lender relations, foreclosure law, real estate law, banking law, fair debt and related matters.
Rick is currently Chair of the Pembroke Zoning Board of Appeals. He also has extensive experience in the financial services industry, having served as a Senior Custody Specialist and Portfolio Administrator for State Street Bank Corporation.
Rick lives in Pembroke, MA with his family where he volunteers his time coaching Pembroke Youth Hockey and serves on the Pembroke Youth Hockey Board.
